The customer has the right to exchange within 7 days only and return within 3 days from the date of arrival of the shipment to you.
Provided that it fulfills the following conditions:
1- The product must be in its original condition and has not been used, and it must be wrapped in the original packaging.
2 - The customer bears the shipping costs in case of replacement and return.
3 - Refund is for returned products only, and other fees such as shipping fees or payment on receipt fees are not refundable.
